Sanghatan Chandigarh<br \/>\nSector &#8211; 31 and urgent attention of A.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>Detail of required information:-\n<\/p>\n<p>1.) The appellant had asked for &#8220;Certified to be true copy&#8221; of appellant hand written<br \/>\ncomplaint receipt of which was not acknowledged by the office of the K.V. Sangathan sector-<br \/>\n31, Chandigarh. Written typed copy with circular seal of K.V. Sangathan and the PIO.<br \/>\nAppellant may be supplied certified copy of appellant hand written complaint dated<br \/>\n18\/07\/2005 receipt of which has the confirmation in letter C. No. F.6-2\/2007-KVS (CR)\/KV-<br \/>\n47 CHD\/63964 dated 02\/03\/2007 issued under the signatures of Asstt. Commissioner. Copy<br \/>\nof hand written complaint may be supplied with certificate as certified to be true copy as<br \/>\nverified from the office record.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.) Asked for immediate action taken by the Asst. Commissioner on receipt of appellant<br \/>\ncomplaint dated 18\/07\/2005 which invited urgent attention of the A. C. whether he visited the<br \/>\nK.V. Sector &#8211; 47 Chandigarh to know the facts of appellant complaint, or any report was<br \/>\ncalled form the concerned Principal as appellant reported to the A.C. that it was a case of<br \/>\nauthority committed against a scheduled cast student. Date of first action taken on appellant<br \/>\ncomplaint dated 18\/05\/2005 during the period 18\/07\/2005 to 26\/06\/2006 may be unlimited \/<br \/>\nsupplied.\n<\/p>\n<p> The PIO replied:\n<\/p>\n<p>This is with reference to your application dated 05\/02\/2008 regarding supply of certain<br \/>\ninformation under RTI Act, 2005. After receiving necessary feed-back from the concerned<br \/>\nSection, the desired point &#8211; wise information is furnished as under :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>    1. The copy of complaint 18\/07\/2005 submitted by the applicant to the Asstt.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         Commissioner, KVS (R.O), Chandigarh requesting inquiry against Smt. Sunita<br \/>\n         Bharm, PGT (Chem), KV Sector &#8211; 47 Chandigarh is returned herewith, after<br \/>\n         necessary attestation. (Annexure &#8211; I).\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    2. The copy of letter No. F.6-2\/2007-KV(CR)\/KV-47\/CHD\/53195 dated 01.02.2008<br \/>\n         addressed to the applicant intimating final outcome on his complaint dated 18\/07\/05<br \/>\n         is attached herewith (Annexure &#8211; 2).\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>The grounds mentioned by the appellant in his aforesaid appeal are not justified and reasoned.<br \/>\nWhatever information is supplied to the appellant is derived from official records. An<br \/>\nimpartial inquiry into the complaint was held to meet ends of justice. The case of the<br \/>\nappellant has been closed by the Competent Authority on the basis of findings given by Shri<br \/>\nR. B. Meena, Education officer in the inquiry report. Therefore, no manifested injustice has<br \/>\nbeen done to the appellant which calls for a personal hearing. As already explained, no<br \/>\ncomplaint dated 18\/07\/2005 has actually been received. Therefore, the question of supplying<br \/>\ncopy thereof does not arise. After considering all the relevant aspects, the appeal of the<br \/>\nappellant is rejected being devoid of any merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present.\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant : Absent<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. M. L.
