contends   Witnnetsses i.e., P.Ws. 1, 6 and 7,
\nthere is net’-other’ .evi:ience on recent} to support<\/p>\n
and we  case. Therefore, he contends<\/p>\n
     independent evidence, the impugned<\/p>\n
jiictgxizezit and sentence are liable to be set aside.<\/p>\n
 deeiinet  this contention of learned counsel for<\/p>\n
 \u00e9aeeusedx  The Management of KSRTC received<\/p>\n
  information that theft of diesel is going on from<\/p>\n
    halt buses in the village side. In order to check the<\/p>\n
H  V  A  diesel, the ma\ufb01ement constituted a Squad consisting<\/p>\n
 of Flws. 1, 6 and 7. On the night {ref 4.2.2005, at about 4 a.1n.,<\/p>\n
the Squad red handedly caught accused Nos.    _<\/p>\n
committing theft of diesel from the bus  question-..: ” ” = <\/p>\n
the complaint \ufb01led before: the Police.  A’<\/p>\n
Ex.P1 and the evidence of P.Ws. 1′,
\nother. Though P.Ws.1, 6 and 7   is

\nsuggested in the cvidtmce of   that there is

\nthe absence of   iiitcrest on the part of
\nP.Ws. 1, 6  4Vi1o:’:i*e..\u00a71:soz1& ‘\ufb01\u00e9vkl\ufb01igisbelievc the evidence of
\nthese witneQ\u00a7sc:;\u00a7..\u00ab’.  on careful appreciation<\/p>\n
of cvidenc: of  three \ufb01si\ufb01i\u00e9sses cozucuxmntly held that the<\/p>\n
charge levelled against the accused.<\/p>\n
 it is conttmded that accused No.1 was a<\/p>\n
 _’\u00a7’ia:_;ie  g\ufb01c\u00e9der and in attic: to suppress the trade union<\/p>\n
  \ufb01anagement of the KSRFC fl-alsely implicated him.<\/p>\n
  u\u00a3;o’1:x;cention of accused No.1 is unfounded and them is<\/p>\n

 placed any material on record ta show that he was the Trade<\/p>\n
