Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The case has been registered for the offence under<\/p>\n<p>                  sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 324 and 379 of Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                  as also section 27 of the Arms Act. According to first information<\/p>\n<p>                  report one Suryanath Singh is alleged to have fired at the informant<\/p>\n<p>                  but no body sustained fire arm injury. The allegation so far as<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners are concerned is that petitioner no.1 snatched a gold<\/p>\n<p>                  chain of the Informant, petitioner no.2 fired upon the informant but<\/p>\n<p>                  it did not hit him, petitioner nos.3 and 4 assaulted the informant with<\/p>\n<p>                  Lathi and Bhala.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for petitioners submits that co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                  Suryanath Singh, Ram Kailash Singh and Suman Singh have already<\/p>\n<p>                  been granted privilege of bail under section 438 of the Cr.P.C. on<\/p>\n<p>                  11.5.2011 in Cr. Misc. No.13475 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration the fact that more or less<\/p>\n<p>                  identically situated co-accused have been granted bail, let<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners, namely, 1.Ajay Singh, 2.Dilip Singh, 3.Ajeet Singh and<\/p>\n<p>                  4.Satish Singh in the event of their arrest or surrender before the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        court below within a period of four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>        communication of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>        bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, district<\/p>\n<p>        Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.
