JUSTICE PRASHANT KUMAR\n\n             For the Petitioner: Mr. Indrajit Sinha\n             For the State:      Mr. Tapas Roy , APP\n\n7\/24.03.2011<\/pre>\n<p>:       Anticipatory bail application filed by Dhirendra Nath Paul<br \/>\n     is moved by Sri Indrajit Sinha and opposed by Sri. Tapas Roy, learned<br \/>\n     Additional P.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Petitioner submits that at present he is paying Rs. 2,000\/-<br \/>\n     per month as maintenance to O.P. No. 2 as ordered by Family Court,<br \/>\n     Jamshedpur. Apart from that he also agreed to pay Rs. 3,000\/- per<br \/>\n     month to O.P. No. 2 as maintenance as a condition for bail till the<br \/>\n     disposal of the present complaint petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow<br \/>\n     this application and direct the petitioner to surrender in the court<br \/>\n     below by 7.4.2011 and in that event court below is directed to enlarge<br \/>\n     the petitioner , above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<br \/>\n     10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<br \/>\n     the satisfaction of Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ghatshila in<br \/>\n     connection with C\/1 Case No. 34 of 2010 , subject to the condition as<br \/>\n     laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to further<br \/>\n     condition that he will deposit Rs. 3,000\/- in the court below on that<br \/>\n     date as maintenance for the month of April, 2011. Petitioner is further<br \/>\n     directed to go on depositing Rs. 3,000\/- by 7th of each month in the<br \/>\n     court below for maintenance of that month. It is made clear that a<br \/>\n     single default made by petitioner will entails cancellation of his bail<br \/>\n     bond.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   The learned court below is directed to pay              aforesaid<br \/>\n     deposited amount to O.P.
