Justice K.T.SANKARAN\n\n Dated :23\/05\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                H.L.DATTU, C.J.   &amp;   K.T.SANKARAN, J.\n\n                 ------------------------------------------\n\n                             W.A.No. 1127 of 2007\n\n                 ------------------------------------------\n\n                  Dated, this the  23rd day of May,  2007\n\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>H.L.Dattu, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Learned   counsel   appearing   for   the   appellant   after   arguing<\/p>\n<p>the   matter   for   quite   some   time   seeks   leave   of   this   Court   to<\/p>\n<p>withdraw   the   writ   appeal   with   liberty     to   approach   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents   for   correction   of   certain   clerical   errors   which<\/p>\n<p>according   to   the   learned   counsel   have   crept   in   the<\/p>\n<p>quantification\/calculation made by the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Permission   sought   for   is   granted   and   the   writ   appeal   is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of as withdrawn.
