Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 28805 OF 2010 (A)\n                 =====================\n\n         Dated this the 17th day of September, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      According to the petitioners, seeking renewal of Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>quarrying permit, 1st petitioner submitted an application. Although<\/p>\n<p>he has not produced copy of the application made, he has<\/p>\n<p>produced Ext.P13, the chellan receipt, which according to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner evidences payment of the required fee made by him on<\/p>\n<p>10\/6\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the light of the aforesaid averment of the petitioner, this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is disposed of directing th 4th respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on the application, if any, made by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>seeking renewal of Ext.P7 mining permit.
