AG,Mr. D.S.Thakur, Advocate &amp; Mr. K.S.Johal, Adv   \n\nMr. Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain, Judge \nDate: 20\/10\/2008 \n:J U D G M E N T :\n<\/pre>\n<p>OWP Nos.658\/2008, 725\/08, 692\/08, 683\/08 &amp; Contempt No. 49\/2008, 660\/08, 622\/08, 816\/08, 796\/08, 787\/08, 750\/08, 794\/08, 699\/   <\/p>\n<p>Petitioners\/Institutions are aggrieved of the Government Order No.386-Edu. of 2008  dated 24-07-2008 under which the responde<br \/>\nThe petitioners\/Institutions approached the Government for grant of No Objection Certificate for conducting ETT courses for<br \/>\nWhereas the department, after going deep into the issue has decided to have a fresh look of these guidelines\/rules and revis<br \/>\na.      fair dispersal of these institutions in all the districts of the state.\n<\/p>\n<pre>b.      strive for academic excellence in these institutions.\nc.      plugging of all other loop-holes observed in the guidelines in vogue.\n<\/pre>\n<p>and put on the hold the grant of No Objection Certificates in favour of the fresh institutions till further orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, the present  bunch of  petitions was filed seeking quashing of the aforesaid order on the ground that  under th<br \/>\n  The respondents have filed objections in some of the cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>  The learned counsel for the petitioners today submitted that the issue has already been considered by the Srinagar Wing of<br \/>\n       This petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the State-respondent and its functionaries to re-conside<\/p>\n<p>Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the Government has decided to re-examine the fresh cases as well as<br \/>\n In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the parties have no objections for the di<br \/>\n All these petitions are, therefore, disposed of with a direction  to the respondent\/State and its functionaries to reconside<br \/>\n        All these petitions shall stand disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Let  the copy of this order be placed in each file.\n<\/p>\n<pre>Jammu                                                  ( Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain)\n20.10.2008                                                              Judge\nVed,PS. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jammu High Court Taawish Elementary Teacher &#8230; vs State &amp; Ors on 20 October, 2008 HIGH COURT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR AT JAMMU.
