Adv.<\/p>\n<p>Sreejith  S. Nair has  filed  fresh  Vakalath  for the third  respondent.   He has<\/p>\n<p>filed  I.A. 3281 of 2007.  The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>in   the   light   of   the   affidavit   filed   by   the   Managing   Director   of   the   third<\/p>\n<p>respondent   and   the     petitioners\/share   holders     having   received     half   the<\/p>\n<p>share  amount  as per agreement, this petition can be closed and no further<\/p>\n<p>relief need be granted in this petition.  The said request is accepted.<\/p>\n<p>        2.  This writ petition is in these circumstances dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 (R.
