NOs. 447, 622, 696, 1024,\n                     1182 &amp; 1231 OF 2007\n               -----------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 17th day of December, 2007.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      These are appeals filed by the State aggrieved by the<\/p>\n<p>fixation of land value by the reference court. Acquisition pertains<\/p>\n<p>to Kannur Airport. The reference court fixed the land value at the<\/p>\n<p>rate of Rs.3,250\/- per cent.
