Surjan Yadav\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      15.09.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State and Mrs. Kumari Sujata Sinha, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                     for the Informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 There is case and counter case in between the parties for<\/p>\n<p>                     the incident of the same day. Khanti and Lathi are used. Co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>                     Ranjan Yadav and Jagdish Yadav are specifically alleged for<\/p>\n<p>                     causing assault to the informant. There is vague allegation against<\/p>\n<p>                     these petitioners about their causing assault to brothers, sister, wife<\/p>\n<p>                     and mother of the informant. Theft is said ornamental. Firing is also<\/p>\n<p>                     alleged, while leaving the place if really fire arms are used there that<\/p>\n<p>                     has not been used for causing any injury.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioners is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2010 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Hilsa, District-Nalanda subject<\/p>\n<p>                     to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
