The   learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted   that   Hosdurg   police   has   not   received   any   such<\/p>\n<p>complaint   that   no   crime   has   been   registered   against   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.     If   so,   the   apprehension   of   arrest   and   harassment<\/p>\n<p>entertained by the petitioner is unfounded.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.
