Copy of the said<br \/>\n\tletter is ordered to be taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the above, it is clarified that there is no stay against<br \/>\n\tinvestigation from Gujarat State Human Rights Commission,<br \/>\n\tGandhinagar, and  hence, Investigating Officer is directed to carry<br \/>\n\tout in investigation in accordance with law expeditiously. This<br \/>\n\tpetition stands disposed of with the above clarification and<br \/>\n\tdirection.
