Naik,<br \/>\nlearned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the respective<br \/>\napplicants and Shri Sudhirchandra, learned Senior Advocate with Shri<br \/>\nS.V. Raju, learned Senior Advocate with Shri Shalin Mehta, learned<br \/>\nadvocate appearing on behalf of the private respondents &#8211;<br \/>\noriginal petitioners.  In the facts and circumstances of the case and<br \/>\nwith the consent of learned counsels appearing for respective parties<br \/>\nand considering the fact that as such main petitions were already<br \/>\nfixed for final hearing in the month of April 2010 and for one reason<br \/>\nor the other, the same could not be taken up for final hearing and<br \/>\nconsidering the fact that investigation has been stayed, main<br \/>\npetitions being Special Criminal Application Nos.429\/2010 and<br \/>\n343\/2010 are ordered to be listed for final hearing on 14th<br \/>\nDecember 2010 on separate board, to be taken up at 2.30 p.m..\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nthe meantime, pleadings may be completed by the learned counsels<br \/>\nappearing for respective parties and if possible, learned counsels<br \/>\nappearing for respective parties may keep the written<br \/>\nsubmissions\/arguments ready so as to save the time of the Court as<br \/>\nwell as their time also.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, learned counsels appearing for respective<br \/>\napplicants does not press the present applications.
