 for the purpose of Upper Krishna<\/p>\n
  Project; In’ respect of the said acquisition, the land losers<\/p>\n

it  Of\ufb01cer. Therefore, they had filed application<\/p>\n
  Section 18(1) of the Land Acquisition Act seeking for<\/p>\n

i’i:._rel’y’i.nA\u00a7o.n earlier judgment passed by this Court in MFA<\/p>\n
 connected matters. Therefore, since<\/p>\n
 there is no__”oLh”i\u00e9r material to indicate that the lands in the<\/p>\n
if  case are not similar to the lands therein and more<\/p>\n
‘particularly, taking note of the fact that the Reference Court<\/p>\n
‘has-‘Come to the conclusion that the lands in question are<\/p>\n
