There is no specific<\/p>\n<p>                    allegation against petitioner no. 1.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner no.<\/p>\n<p>                    1 namely,     Rubi Devi be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                    bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                    learned       Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa<\/p>\n<p>                    (Nalanda) in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 94<\/p>\n<p>                    of 2010 (G.R.
