No. 1\/2007,<br \/>\nexamination dated 04\/05\/2008. The results were declared on 22\/05\/2008.<br \/>\nThe appellant in respect of the above examination sought:\n<\/p>\n<p>   1.      Certified copy of Question Sheet.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2.      Certified copy of Answer Sheet.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3.      Certified copy of Answer Keys of Question paper.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO replied.\n<\/p>\n<p>The IPO in his reply dated 23\/07\/2008 informed to the appellant:-\n<\/p>\n<p>   1.     Question Sheet is a confidential documents, hence cannot be supplied.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2.     Answer Sheet is a confidential documents, hence cannot be supplied.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3.
