The applicant herein-original respondent of the main<br \/>\n\tpetition has prayed for recalling of the said order preliminarily on<br \/>\n\tthe ground that the compromise purshis filed before the Lok Adalat<br \/>\n\tcontained an endorsement &#8220;recorded&#8221; of the Lok Adalat<br \/>\n\twhich was not apparent from the document produced by the petitioner<br \/>\n\tin the main petition. This according to the counsel for the<br \/>\n\tapplicant would materially change the position.\n<\/p>\n<p>However,<br \/>\n\tupon perusal of the order in question passed in the main petition<br \/>\n\tand the averments made in the application, no modification is<br \/>\n\trequired in the order dated 10.08.2010.  This application is<br \/>\n\ttherefore turned down.\n<\/p>\n<p>Disposed<br \/>\n\tof accordingly.
