No.39987 of 2010\n                                       SHIVMANI YADAV\n                                               Versus\n                                      The STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      18.03.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Two of the accused persons namely, Nagmani Yadav<\/p>\n<p>                      and Chandramani Yadav are allowed bail by this Court vide Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                      Misc. No. 16549 of 2010 but petitioner is not standing on their<\/p>\n<p>                      footing. He is husband.
