  Complainant is the President of the Adinatha Temple<\/p>\n
 Trust, Chiekpet and the petitionelvaccused started to<\/p>\n

interfere in the administration of the temple and all<\/p>\n
the members of the temple opposed and asked:’h_eimf’to<\/p>\n
leave the premises. The complainant.–Ag’:bei4ng3f’the’<\/p>\n

accused started to blame and  appllications <\/p>\n
that the trust members are ‘miyusing._the”.temple and V<\/p>\n

 playing mischief and threatening to his<\/p>\n
life,  committed the offence punishable under<\/p>\n

complaint as PCR No.12325\/2007 referred.thefei\u00e9isafnpe<\/p>\n
to the first respondentpolice for investiigati-on

\nfront of construction,-efvihtiiidirig by him at

\nlanguage the offence, filed the
\ncharge punishable under Section<\/p>\n

  “The point that arises for my consideration<\/p>\n
  Magistrate refers the private complaint filed
\n  Section 200 of Cr.P.C. to jurisdictional Police<\/p>\n
  investigation under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., the<\/p>\n
police except investigating the complaint referred to<\/p>\n
