   1.    Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the facts
\n         and circumstances, especially the fact that the original petitioner having
\n         expired on 22nd May, 2011, the applicant, who is widow of the original
\n         petitioner, is required to be joined as a petitioner in this writ petition, the
\n         applicant, namely, Parwati Devi, wife of late Deo Nath Singh (original
\n         petition), is allowed to be joined as petitioner in place of Deo Nath Singh,
\n         in the present writ petition. Let the name of Deo Nath Singh be deleted
\n         from the cause title of the petitioner. The amendment shall be carried out
\n         in red ink, during course of the day.\n<\/p>\n
   2.    I.A. No. 2756 of 2011 is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of.\n<\/p>\n
   3.    Registry of this Court is directed to enlist this matter in the board of
\n         “Admission” on 10th October, 2011.\n<\/p>\n
