No.\nltd),\/_  wefedddddisposed of by the common judgment\n\ndtd.  dd  instant appeal the question relates to the\n\nT&#039; v.::HOrder passed in  No. 9\/2005. In the said claim petition, the\n\n&quot;&#039;ehinpeasatiohv.eiaimed is in respect of the damage caused to the\n\n and for the death of the bu\ufb02ocks. The Tribunal has\n\nJ\u00bb\n\n*8\n\n\n\nrejected the ciaim on the ground that the Insurance \n\nwould not be liable to pay the said amount.\n\n2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties   \n\nappeal papers.
