JUSTICE AJAY RASTOGI\n\nMr. Neeraj Gaur, for petitioner.\n\n\tCounsel submits that the petitioner company is an authorized packer of 'Ghee' under its Trade Brand Level 'Krishna' since 2005. However, the respondents have suspended the Certificate of Authorization (CA No.A\/1 007717) of the petitioner company for a period of six months and  further directed to stop forthwith grading and marking of 'Ghee' under Agmark vide order dated 20\/11\/2009.<\/pre>\n<p>\tCounsel further submits that since there is a provision of appeal, the appeal was preferred by the petitioner on 26\/11\/2009 (Anx.10) and three months have passed by now but still no action has been taken by the respondents on the appeal being preferred and its pendency is causing immense loss to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWithout going into the merits of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondents to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner dt. 26\/11\/2009 against the order impugned dt. 20\/11\/2009 (Anx.9) within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the certified copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith these observations\/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t      [AJAY RASTOGI], J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Raghu-3182-CW-2010-final.doc<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court M\/S Bhole Baba Milk Food vs Assistant Agricul Marketing Anr on 12 March, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT JAIPUR BENCH O R D E R SB Civil Writ Petition No.3182\/2010 M\/s.
