It is not<\/p>\n<p>          known when the authorities of the Ministry shall<\/p>\n<p>          forward the show cause for filing before this Court.<\/p>\n<p>          Counsel for the Union has placed the order dated 20th<\/p>\n<p>          January, 2011 on record as also served a copy thereof<\/p>\n<p>          on the counsel for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    In view of the aforesaid order dated 20th<\/p>\n<p>          January, 2011 of the Ministry of Chemical and<\/p>\n<p>          Fertilizer, Department of Fertilizer, Govt. of India, I<\/p>\n<p>          dispose of the contempt petition granting liberty to<\/p>\n<p>          the petitioners to first approach the Fertilizer PSUs.<\/p>\n<p>          for suitable re-employment and if they are not<\/p>\n<p>          allowed such re-employment, as is directed under<\/p>\n<p>          order dated 20th January, 2011 then to approach this<\/p>\n<p>          Court by filing fresh writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        ( V.
