The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the\n      hearing for June 2, 2009.\n\n\n3.    Dr. R.K. Kalra, Dy. Director(Admn.) cum CPIO, Dr. P.L. Joshi, Dy. DDG cum\n      Appellate Authority and Mr. P.K. Saxena, Section Officer represented the\n      Public Authority.\n4.    The Applicant was present during the hearing.\n\n\nDecision\n5.    The Respondent submitted that the copy of the ACR was not provided since<\/pre>\n<p>      they did not receive a copy of the Order dated 27.1.2009 till the day before<br \/>\n      the hearing when they had it collected from the Commission. Also, the delay<br \/>\n      was due to the timwe taken by the Commission to come to a decision on the<br \/>\n      subject of disclosure of ACRs. .       The Order was only passed after the Full<br \/>\n      Bench decision on disclosure of ACRs was taken. Accordingly, the Respondent<br \/>\n      is directed to provide the certified copy of the ACR by the 3rd of June, 2009,<br \/>\n      without waiting for a copy of CIC&#8217;s Order.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.
