The authority concerned shall take an<br \/>\nappropriate decision in the appeal filed under Section 6-B,<br \/>\nsub-section (3) of the Bombay Home Guards Act, 1947 in case there is<br \/>\nno delay and in case there is delay and if the same is deemed fit to<br \/>\nbe condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tLearned<br \/>\nAssistant Government Pleader raises no objection.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tThe<br \/>\npetition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner<br \/>\nto avail of statutory remedy as contemplated under Section 6-B(3) of<br \/>\nthe Bombay Home Guards Act, 1947.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.1\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
