However, subsequently, such documents have been collected and<br \/>\nif an opportunity is given, the appellant would be in a position to<br \/>\npresent such documents before the authority which would reduce their<br \/>\ntax demand almost to nil.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nto the respondent returnable on 18th<br \/>\nNovember 2011.
