No.33800 of 2010\n                  BHAGIRATH MANJHI SON OF BHTAI MANJHI\n               RESIDENT OF VILLAGE JOGWALIYA,P.S.RAMGARHWA,\n                      DISTRICT EAST CHAMPARAN\n                                Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                ----\n<\/pre>\n<p>               For the petitioner : Mr.Vijay Shankar Srivastava<br \/>\n               For the State      : Mr.Addl.P.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>03\/   17.03.2011              Heard     learned      counsel      for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner seeks bail in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   which     has    been    registered      against     Satya<\/p>\n<p>                   Narayan    Sah     and   7-8   unknown    criminals    for<\/p>\n<p>                   offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code. The occurrence relates to<\/p>\n<p>                   the night of 16.01.1996.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Submission of the learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner is that though he is not named<\/p>\n<p>                   in the first information report but he has<\/p>\n<p>                   not been put        on test identification parade<\/p>\n<p>                   despite the fact that he is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                   03.04.2009.
