Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :13\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) NO.21690 OF 2010(i)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 13th day of July, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Prayer of the petitioner is to regularize the period he was kept<\/p>\n<p>under suspension. According to the petitioner proceedings before<\/p>\n<p>the Vigilance Tribunal have culminated in Ext.P5 order passed by<\/p>\n<p>the first respondent and therefore order regarding regularization of<\/p>\n<p>his suspension period has to be passed.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Be that as it may, it is seen that the petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7 before the first respondent seeking regularization of the<\/p>\n<p>suspension period and orders thereon have not been passed.<\/p>\n<p>        Having regard to the above, I dispose of this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P7 and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon.
