Amendment be carried out immediately during the course<br \/>\nof the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThis<br \/>\nis one of the old matters, which has suddenly cropped up on admission<br \/>\nboard after many years and nobody knows as to how and why it was not<br \/>\nlisted and heard for such a long time. Any way, without stretching<br \/>\nthe matter any further, the Appeal is heard on merits with the<br \/>\nconsent of the learned advocates for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned Senior advocate Mr.Bhaskar P. Tanna with Mr.Bhavdutt H. Bhatt<br \/>\nfor the appellants, learned advocate Mr.Murali Devnani for learned<br \/>\nSenior advocate Mr.Y.S.
