No.407\/2003 filed against<\/p>\n<p>L.A.R.No.373\/96 is already disposed of.      But it is submitted by<\/p>\n<p>Sri.Basant Balaji, learned senior Government Pleader that in the<\/p>\n<p>light of the judgment of this court in L.A.A. No.911\/2006 granting<\/p>\n<p>approval to the proportionate enhancement granted in another<\/p>\n<p>case pertaining to the very same acquisition, there may not be<\/p>\n<p>much scope in this appeal.     We are of the view that in view of<\/p>\n<p>the above judgment, it is not necessary to entertain this appeal.<\/p>\n<p>The appeal will stand dismissed.
