GIRI, J.\n                       -------------------------------\n                    W.P(C) No. 6898 OF 2008\n                     -----------------------------------\n                Dated this the 3rd day of March, 2008\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P1 order, by which he has<\/p>\n<p>been directed to vacate the quarters, No.E1. Learned Standing<\/p>\n<p>Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner was allotted E<\/p>\n<p>type quarters in the year 2003. This was on an undertaking given<\/p>\n<p>by him that he will vacate as and when it is allocated to the sub-<\/p>\n<p>station staff. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even<\/p>\n<p>otherwise the petitioner is entitled for the quarters and referred to<\/p>\n<p>Clause 6 of Ext.P2 guide lines. Ext.P2 will show that a competent<\/p>\n<p>authority for allotment of quarters is Assistant Executive engineer<\/p>\n<p>and petitioner has brought his claim in this regard before him.<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard counsel on both sides, this Writ Petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P3 within a period of one month from today.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner as also the 4th respondent shall be heard before such<\/p>\n<p>orders are passed. Petitioner shall be permitted to remain in the<\/p>\n<p>WPC No. 6898 OF 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>quarters which he is occupying, till orders are passed on Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>and his continuance thereafter will be subject to the decision taken<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P3.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              V.
