BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 02\/05\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed by one Kamlaben Kalaji W\/o. Kalaji Ishaji &#8211;<br \/>\nthe convict, seeking Temporary Bail for a period of 45 days for the<br \/>\nmarriage of the niece of the convict.  It is mentioned in the<br \/>\napplication that the elder brother of the convict has expired and he<br \/>\nhas survived by one son and one daughter and the marriage of the<br \/>\nniece &#8211; Payal is fixed on<br \/>\n21st May 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tThe<br \/>\nmatter was mentioned in the morning for urgent circulation today as<br \/>\nthe applicant may not have to come again.  The permission was<br \/>\ngranted.  The papers are received from the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pandya waives service of<br \/>\nprocess of Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tLearned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor has obtained the Jail Remarks by fax<br \/>\nfrom the Central Jail, Ahmedabad with utmost promptness.  The Court<br \/>\nputs its appreciation on record for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.0\tThe<br \/>\napplicant has annexed an Invitation Card along with the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application, the application<br \/>\nis allowed.  The convict is ordered to be released on Temporary<br \/>\nBail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release,<br \/>\non his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five<br \/>\nThousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.1\tThe<br \/>\nconvict shall surrender to the jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nTemporary Bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.2\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.3\tThe<br \/>\nRegistry is directed to see that this order is communicated to<br \/>\nthe jail authorities at the earliest, but not later than 4th<br \/>\nMay 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
