Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, State<\/p>\n<p>                   and the counsel for the Intervener, Ram Balak Mukhiya.<\/p>\n<p>                           2. Petitioner assailed the result of the election<\/p>\n<p>                   held for constituting the management committee of<\/p>\n<p>                   Laukahi Fisherman Co-operative Societies Ltd. held on<\/p>\n<p>                   20.01.2008. The election dispute was considered by the<\/p>\n<p>                   District Co-operative Officer against whose order matter<\/p>\n<p>                   was taken in appeal vide Election Case no. 109 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>                   which   was     disposed   of   under     orders   dated<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          13.8.2010\/31.8.2010. Against the aforesaid order dated<\/p>\n<p>          13.8.2010\/31.8.2010 intervenor Ram Balak Mukhiya filed<\/p>\n<p>          a review petition which is still pending but till date no<\/p>\n<p>          interim order has been passed in the said review so<\/p>\n<p>          submitted Sri Rakesh Kumar Jha counsel for Ram Balak<\/p>\n<p>          Mukhiya.     When such order was recorded Sri Jha went<\/p>\n<p>          through his file and came out with an order dated<\/p>\n<p>          7.10.2010,       whereunder      the        order    dated<\/p>\n<p>          13.8.2010\/31.8.2010 has been put in abeyance. Aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>          casual conduct of Sri Jha is not to be appreciated by this<\/p>\n<p>          Court however, taking a lenient view of the matter no<\/p>\n<p>          further action is taken against him. It is submitted by the<\/p>\n<p>          counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid order dated<\/p>\n<p>          7.10.2010 putting the order dated 13.8.2010\/31.8.2010<\/p>\n<p>          in abeyance has been passed on account of the pendency<\/p>\n<p>          of the writ petition. The writ petition is permitted to be<\/p>\n<p>          withdrawn directing the authority before whom the review<\/p>\n<p>          matter is pending to proceed with the matter and to<\/p>\n<p>          dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as<\/p>\n<p>          possible, in any case within one month from the date of<\/p>\n<p>          receipt of this order.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Ibrar\/-                            (V.N.
