ALLAUDDIN\n                                      Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-      15-03-2011                Heard learned counsels representing the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                    This appeal shall be admitted for hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Call for lower court records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    During pendency of this appeal since, there was recovery<\/p>\n<p>                       of only seven cartridges from the room of the appellant.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the facts and circumstances, let the<\/p>\n<p>                       appellant, namely, Md. Allauddin, during the pendency of the appeal,<\/p>\n<p>                       be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                       thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                       satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. &#8211; V, Banka in<\/p>\n<p>                       connection with Sessions Trial No. 877 of 1998 \/ Tr. No. 130 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                       (arising out of Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 18\/94, G.R.
