Director\n                                 (CPIO)\n\nDate of Hearing         :        5.1.2010\n\nDate of Decision        :        5.1.2010\n\nFACTS<\/pre>\n<p> :\n<\/p>\n<p>       The matter, in short, is that the appellant&#8217;s husband is a Accounts<br \/>\nClerk-cum-Typist at Nehru Yuva Kendra, Dang (Gujrat). He had earlier<br \/>\nfiled an appeal which was decided on 23.9.2009 in File No.<br \/>\nCIC\/LS\/A\/2009\/000783. In the present appeal, the appellant has virtually<br \/>\nraised the same issues which were earlier raised by her husband.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The matter is called for hearing today dated 5.1.2010. Appellant not<br \/>\npresent. The public authority is represented by the officer named above.<br \/>\nHe would submit that response was given on some of the points to the<br \/>\nappellant earlier vide letter dated 19.5.2009. He would also submit that<br \/>\nadditional information was also provided to the appellant vide their letter<br \/>\ndated 1.1.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     It is to be noted that the appellant&#8217;s husband is an employee of the<br \/>\norganisation and he intimately deals with the issues raised in the present<br \/>\nappeal. It is, therefore, not clear to the Commission as to why<br \/>\napplications\/appeals are repeatedly being filed by the husband-wife duo.<br \/>\nThis tendency needs to be eschewed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               DECISION\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
