No.44931 of 2010\n                            KALO MANJHI, son of Dwarik Manjhi\n                                           Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   28.01.2011            Heard       learned           counsel       for     the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner as well as learned P.P. for the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner seeks bail in connection<\/p>\n<p>                 with Sessions Trial No.220 of 2010 \/ 38 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2010 arising out of Kawakol P.S. Case No.14<\/p>\n<p>                 of   2009    registered         under       Sections      302,201<\/p>\n<p>                 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner         is    named    in    the    F.I.R.<\/p>\n<p>                 with     allegation      that         he    along    with    co-<\/p>\n<p>                 accused Satyendra Manjhi pressed the neck of<\/p>\n<p>                 deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 points      out     that        in     course       of     trial,<\/p>\n<p>                 informant as well as one witness have not<\/p>\n<p>                 supported the prosecution story. He further<\/p>\n<p>                 submitted         that     a        vague    allegation        of<\/p>\n<p>                 pressing      the    neck       of     deceased      has     been<\/p>\n<p>                 levelled against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering              the        facts         and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances, particularly, this aspect of<\/p>\n<p>                 the matter that in course of trial informant<\/p>\n<p>                 has not stated about the involvement of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     petitioner     in       present    crime,   petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>     namely,   Kalo          Manjhi    is   directed   to   be<\/p>\n<p>     released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>     Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>     of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>     of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-III,<\/p>\n<p>     Nawada    in   connection          with   above   stated<\/p>\n<p>     Sessions Trial No.220 of 2010 \/ 38 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>     arising out of Kawakol P.S.
