JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH\n                              ----------\n\nNavin Sinha &amp;               Heard            learned              counsel              for          the\nD.K.Singh,JJ.\n<\/pre>\n<p>                petitioners and the State in both the writ<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Learned counsels for both sides are not<\/p>\n<p>             at issue that the matter stand concluded by<\/p>\n<p>             the        judgment       of    this     Court     passed     in<\/p>\n<p>             C.W.J.C.No. 3631 of 1990 and analogous cases<\/p>\n<p>             disposed        off        by   a      Division     Bench     on<\/p>\n<p>             26.03.2004.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In view of the finding arrived at in<\/p>\n<p>             the aforesaid judgment after discussion, the<\/p>\n<p>             present writ petitions are disposed off in<\/p>\n<p>             similar       terms       holding   that     the   petitioners<\/p>\n<p>             are liable to pay the enhanced licence fee<\/p>\n<p>             with effect from 01.06.1990 for the licence<\/p>\n<p>             period 1990-91.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Any enhanced licence fee paid by them<\/p>\n<p>             for the licence period prior to 01.06.1990<\/p>\n<p>             shall be refunded to them within two months<\/p>\n<p>             from the date of receipt\/production of a copy<\/p>\n<p>             of the judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         The writ petitions stand disposed off<\/p>\n<p>             in similar terms as in C.W.J.C.NO. 3631 of<\/p>\n<p>             1990 and analogous cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>Patna High Court.
