Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :11\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n            ------------------------------------------------\n             Bail Application No.3584 of 2010\n           -------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 11th day of August, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this     petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners (Accused Nos.5 &amp; 7) seek anticipatory bail on the<\/p>\n<p>allegation that they are sought to be arrested by Vazhakulam<\/p>\n<p>police in connection with CB CID Cr.210\/CR\/SII\/08 (Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.406\/2008) registered for an offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Section 489 A, B, C, D and 34 I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The    learned     Public     Prosecutor      opposed the<\/p>\n<p>application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case including the fact that grave offences are involved,<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail cannot be granted to the petitioners .
