No.6205 of 2011\n                                  ANIRUDH YADAV\n                                         Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-       23-02-2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                         learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Earlier petitioner was granted the privilege of<\/p>\n<p>                         anticipatory bail vide order dated 14.12.2010 passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                         Misc. No. 43990 of 2010 on certain conditions, but the<\/p>\n<p>                         petitioner under some unavoidable circumstances failed to<\/p>\n<p>                         avail the liberty within stipulated period.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the facts and circumstances, four<\/p>\n<p>                         weeks time from today is extended to avail the liberty with<\/p>\n<p>                         further warning that no time shall be extended subsequently.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Let a copy of this order be communicated to the<\/p>\n<p>                         court below i.e. court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in<\/p>\n<p>                         connection with Katoria P.S.
