No.28983 of 2010\nARVIND KUMAR JHA, SON OF MANMOHAN JHA, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE\nBIRPUR, P.S.BIRPUR, DISTRICT SUPAUL, BIHAR----------------PETITIONER\n                                 Versus\nTHE UNION OF INDIA THROUGH CBI.,PATNA--------------------OPP.PARTY\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.  15.9.2010             By order dated 13.2.2008 of this Court the prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                        anticipatory bail of the petitioner in Cr.Misc.No.1590 of<\/p>\n<p>                        2008 was rejected. Against the same the petitioner filed<\/p>\n<p>                        S.L.P.(Cri.) No.3347 of 2008 before the Supreme Court<\/p>\n<p>                        which was also rejected by order dated 12.5.2008.<\/p>\n<p>                              No fresh materials have been brought to the notice of<\/p>\n<p>                        the Court on the basis of which the matter can be<\/p>\n<p>                        reconsidered on merits.
