JUSTICE GOPAL KRISHAN VYAS\n\n\nMr. V.K. Mathur, for the petitioners.\n\n\n            Heard     learned     counsel    for    the   petitioners   and\n\nperused the order impugned.\n\n            This case is squarely covered with the judgment\n\nrendered by Coordinate Bench of this Court reported in 2002\n\n(13) Sales Tax Today P.210.          Therefore, in my opinion, this\n\nrevision petition deserves to be dismissed.\n\n            Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that\n\nalthough the Coordinate Bench of this Court has dismissed the\n\nrevision while taking into account the judgment of Hon'ble\n\nSupreme Court but this matter requires re-consideration because\n\nthe Coordinate Bench of this Court did not rightly consider the\n\njudgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court.\n\n            In   my    opinion,    after    the    judgment    of   Official\n\nLiquidator, this Court is require to maintain the judicial discipline.\n\nTherefore, while following the aforesaid judgment rendered by\n\nCoordinate Bench of this Court, this revision is dismissed.\n\n\n\n                                                  (Gopal Krishan Vyas), J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>arun\/\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court &#8211; Jodhpur D.L.S.C.Bhilwara &amp; Ors vs M\/S Girnar Minerals Ltd on 13 July, 2009 S.B.
