The stay application<\/p>\n<p>was   processed   and   the   petitioner   was   required   to   produce   details<\/p>\n<p>regarding the private goods carriage permit for the qualifying period<\/p>\n<p>and also the R.C. Book of the vehicle in original so as to consider the<\/p>\n<p>claim for exemption.  Petitioner could not produce the same within a<\/p>\n<p>period   of   two   days   as   required   and   hence   by   Exhibit   P7   his<\/p>\n<p>application   was   rejected   on   the   sole   ground.     Petitioner   has<\/p>\n<p>preferred   Exhibit   P9   for   reconsideration   of   the   matter   and   he   has<\/p>\n<p>produced required details as called for. In the above circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks appropriate directions.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Heard the learned Government pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
