No.43336 of 2010\n                    OM NARAYAN YADAV, SON OF LALMUNI YADAV.\n                                          Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02        14.01.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                        learned P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Buxar<\/p>\n<p>                        (Town) P.S. Case No. 262 of 2010 registered under Sections 461,<\/p>\n<p>                        379\/511 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        Although, it is stated that petitioner was caught outside<\/p>\n<p>                        the shop of the informant, but admittedly nothing has been recovered<\/p>\n<p>                        from his conscious possession. It is not the case of the prosecution that<\/p>\n<p>                        the petitioner had entered the shop of the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                                        Considering the above stated facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                        well as submissions of the parties above named petitioner is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                        be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten<\/p>\n<p>                        Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                        of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with above stated<\/p>\n<p>                        Buxar (Town) P.S.
