In the absence ef any materiel to show<br \/>\nthat the address of. the Wcohpiainant&#8217; shewn at<\/p>\n<p>Ex.D-4 is different ifrontEther=aderess he is<\/p>\n<p>residing, iittswehidhrhe &#8216;a. different situation.<br \/>\nWhen the\u00abCempiainant&#8221;asmits the address mentiened<\/p>\n<p>both innder*icertifie\u00e9te of posting and the<\/p>\n<p>xiregistered post is the correct address, one has<\/p>\n<p>vEto= pregame qthat the notice under Ex.D-3 sent<\/p>\n<p>throagh &#8216;Certificate of posting was very much<\/p>\n<p>favaiiabie.te the complainant when he sent notice<br \/>\n&#8216;:etn&#8217;E;fh;4 an 23.4.2993.
