No.3340 of 2010 (N)\n             ---------------------------------\n            Dated, this the 2nd day of February, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Challenge raised in the writ petition is against Ext.P3, a<\/p>\n<p>decision taken by the 6th respondent Panchayat granting permission<\/p>\n<p>to the party respondents to construct a road through property which<\/p>\n<p>allegedly is a wet land.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     In my view, if the petitioner is aggrieved by such a<\/p>\n<p>decision, the remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the<\/p>\n<p>appellate authority, which has not been done.
