Agrawal for the petitioners, and<\/p>\n<p>                  learned Assistant Counsel to Government Pleader No.3 for<\/p>\n<p>                  the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners submit that Government has<\/p>\n<p>                  sanctioned a project for construction of road from Chandi<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         (Jaitipur) to Gorrhapur in the district of Nalanda of S.H. 78.<\/p>\n<p>         The grievance of the petitioners is that the route of the road<\/p>\n<p>         is being deviated to suit vested interest. The petitioners have<\/p>\n<p>         filed representation in this regard before the learned Minister<\/p>\n<p>         as well as Deputy Secretary, Road Construction Department.<\/p>\n<p>                    In our view, the petitioners, if so advised, may<\/p>\n<p>         move the Principle Secretary, Ministry of Road Construction<\/p>\n<p>         Department, who will look into the grievances of the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioners within a period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>         filing of the representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n                                  ( S.
