No.2006 of 2011\n                                       Vikash Kumar\n                                            Versus\n                                     The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04   22.07.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                  learned Addl. P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.7.2010 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                  registered under section 394 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner is not named in the first information report but<\/p>\n<p>                  it appears from perusal of the impugned order as well as<\/p>\n<p>                  submissions of the parties that the petitioner was identified in test<\/p>\n<p>                  identification parade by the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                  that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is<\/p>\n<p>                  evident from letter no. 1904 dated 7.5.2011 of Senior S.P,<\/p>\n<p>                  Darbhanga. It is further contended by him that the report of the<\/p>\n<p>                  learned trial court reveals that up till now charge has not been<\/p>\n<p>                  framed against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                  circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail<\/p>\n<p>                  custody, let the petitioner, Vikash Kumar, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                  amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in Biraul P.S.
