\nclaimant has stated   in the vehicle
\nin question  of the goods
\ncarried   it was his specific
\ncase “accident, he was proceeding
\nin thehgololds   goods vehicle is not permitted<\/p>\n
to carry la-my’ passe.n,gers nor the insurance policy in<\/p>\n
   such’ **** ‘goods vehicle covers the risk of<\/p>\n
 carried in the goods vehicle. Under these<\/p>\n
circumstaiuies. we are of the opinion that the Tribunal<\/p>\n
 is justified in holding that the Insurer of the vehicle in<\/p>\n
 ‘question is not liable to indemnify the insured in<\/p>\n
   ___l”espect of the claim of the appellant. The Tribunal has<\/p>\n
not Committed any error of law in this behalf.
\nTherefore. there is no merit in this appeal. Accordingly,<\/p>\n
