Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :23\/09\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n                 ---------------------\n                  W.P.(C).No.26325 OF 2009\n               ------------------------\n          Dated this the 23rd day of September, 2009.\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this writ petition, what is sought for by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is an expeditious disposal of Ext.P5, a revision filed before the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent aggrieved by Ext.P4 order passed by the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Having regard to the above limited plea that is sought<\/p>\n<p>for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, with notice<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 as well.
