Therefore,<br \/>\nnecessary party is  Gandhinagar District Panchayat. Therefore, he<br \/>\nrequests for deletion of respondent No.2 &#8211;  Mehsana  District<br \/>\nPanchayat. No counter is filed by petitioner. Therefore, considering<br \/>\nthe aforesaid submissions, respondent No.2 \u00fd  Mehsana District<br \/>\nPanchayat is deleted from the array of parties  in SCA No.1253 of<br \/>\n2001.
